Define and explain the four (4) tests for legal insanity and assess which test you think is the most logical and just. Then research a case where a defendant argued an insanity defense. Explain the facts of the case and the result in the case. Do you agree with the result? Why or why not?
Finally, address an approach to insanity in another country. How does it compare to the tests utilized in your researched case?
