There were some definite cultural and personality differences as well as conflicts in this video. There was a leader, a joker, a sort of subservient crowd pleaser, and a neutral personality. The joker was quick to discount the womans idea of having a bake sale to raise funds for the playground and in fact teased her about it at the end. This made for an uncomfortable tension and somewhat shamed the woman who was only trying to help.
