In a 1 – 2 page white paper, create a tactical plan showing how you will gather intelligence about crime and how your department would identify the hot spots.
Keep in mind the following criteria will be used to evaluate your assignment:
- Choose a community where you can access crime and demographic information.
- Locate the hot spots where most criminal activity occurs.
- Describe the community, the type of criminal activity, where it occurs, and what resources you will use to gather this intelligence (data).
- The assignment is formatted as a white paper (see resources)
