Part 3 write one paragraph to continue the story

Part 1) select a topic and write three sentences—all in the same tense—on that topic: one simple, one compound, and one complex.

And here is what I wrote:

1. I told God that I would do anything just to be with my crush.

2. Since God granted my wish, God bring her back in my life.

3. I met her once again, but God told me that my crush will never fall in love with me.

Part 2) Read your classmate post and write a brief paragraph in which you use all three sentences and add sentences of your own; be sure to write the paragraph in one tense.

Here is what my classmate wrote under my post:

I have had a crush on a girl for a long time, I realized that I hadn’t seen her for much too long. She was no longer in my life. I decided to pray to God in the hopes that I could reconnect with my crush. I told God that I would do anything just to be with my crush. Since God granted my wish, God brought her back into my life. I saw her at the local grocery store. I met her once again, but God told me that my crush will never fall in love with me. I hoped that God would change his mind.

Part 3) Write one more paragraph that develops the idea(s) in the paragraph your classmate wrote using your sentences. You are writing a new paragraph much as one does when writing paragraphs for an essay. Think about how you can make a transition at the start of your paragraph so that your paragraph connects to the paragraph your classmate wrote with your sentences.

Your work!
