Choose one of the following projects.

  1. Create a sculpture that is assembled from found objects that looks like a human, animal, thing in nature, or abstract. You might look at some of the works in the text, such as those by Rodin, Coyne, and Bourgeois.

  1. Create a human, animal, or abstract shape out of wire. Look at Calder for an example. Your sculpture may stand or hang.

  1. Create a mobile out of various found or sculpted elements.

  1. Carve a human, animal, or abstract out of ivory soap, which is very soft and carves easily. Be extremely careful in carving.

Take a picture of your final project and post here and then in the gallery. The gallery is not required and is anonymous.
