In the article “Unpacking the Invisible Knapsack”, Mcintosh describes both frustrations with the disadvantages she faces as a woman and the ways those frustrations blinded her to the privileges she enjoyed as a white person. What does this conundrum mean for her access snd relationship to power (white male privilege)? What role do microaggressions play in sustaining this power hierarchy? Use the readings and video to support your response. Try to limit your response to 250 words or less.
