As I was reading your post I thought of a question that ties two areas together. I have a colleague who conducts research on the death penalty. She has even had the opportunity to interview death row inmates. My question is, the death penalty is meant to be the ultimate punishment for extreme crimes. If one were to argue in favor of this method then how would observational learning be used to support this? And if a person were to take the other side of the issue then how does the theory fit within the death penalty? I know this is a complex issue.
