Annotated Bibliography
Make sure you follow the directions on HOW to create an AB. You lose a significant number of points if you don’t follow the directions. These are found on the attached document-scoring tool.
Topic for AB 1-AB1 (Description of disease, disease prevalence, incidence, s/s, overview of disease), Your article/AB1 can cover any ONE of these topics….not all of them.
You need to submit a pdf copy of your article/chapter,etc. If you are using an article which has a DOI (digital object identifier), I don’t need a copy of the article. If you are using a web page, include a link to the exact page you are using.
