Does laws prohibiting abortion inhibit freedom of choice and endanger physical and mental health?
Abortion is an very controversial issue and one that can cause very strong feelings on both sides of the debate. Those who support abortion rights argue that it’s a woman’s choice what to do with her body. Yet the unborn baby inside a woman is a living being and is not giving a choice, and terminating that pregnancy is the equivalent of murder, and one doesn’t have the “choice” to commit murder. Abortion is ethically wrong and some methods are dangerous, but laws prohibiting abortion inhibits someone’s freedom of choice.
