Instructions:

Learners will submit a Microsoft PowerPoint© presentation, 9-12 slides in length, from the topic below. The purpose of the project is to give learners an opportunity to discuss a key political science concept, and to show a basic understanding of academic research and reporting skills. The project consists of producing a PowerPoint presentation of 9-12 slides on the provided topic (see below), as well as a works cited slide for sources containing information used (cited) in the presentation. The assignment is to be formatted according to the American Psychological Association (APA) style. Students should research this style in order to properly format the assignment; presentations not formatted properly will not receive a passing grade. This will be one assignment receiving 2 grades – 1 for Communication and 1 for Critical Thinking. The only file format accepted will be Microsoft PowerPoint© (ppt or pptx) – no other format will be accepted.
