As conceivably the particular greatest significant issue in the human sciences leadership is a tangible and vastly far-reaching occurrence also, leadership takes into account the overall performance of organizations, teams, and groups (Hogan & Kaiser, 2005). The effects leadership that is successful in promoting effective team and group performance leads to the overall well-being of employees while the continued exposure to inefficient and poor leadership have a tendency to reduce the quality of performance and milieu of the organization (Hogan & Kaiser, 2005). The effectiveness of successful leadership principally focuses on the foundations of achievement through the assembling and maintaining effective teams in the pursuit of a common goal for the entire organization and to put aside individual pursuits for the overall good of the organization.
