Test Construction
You have been assigned to act as a consultant for teachers and administrators who want to develop new exit assessments for their students in 8th grade. They would like to use these tests to determine whether or not a student is ready to advance. Their tests in the past have not been successful primarily because they did not fulfill their purpose.
