QA: In line with the HBS case reprint, Southwest’s plan to serve La Guardia. Do you think that Southwest should try to expand who their customers are? Do you think that it hurts them at all not playing in the market of a ‘fancy flight’?

I wonder though if you take a look at what and who a stakeholder is – it could be the community, it could be suppliers, it could be employees – can you discuss a bit more some of the various objections that each type could have?
