I have uploaded a five part video of a lecture i attended. Watch the full 5 videos to see the whole lecture and write a 2-3 page essay based on what he teaches you. If its easier for you, take notes on what you hear and type your notes into an essay. Don’t type the notes into sentences, but write an essay based on the notes.
