Adolescent: Friend or Foe? Imagine that you have been asked to speak to a group of parents of adolescents. These parents do not have older children and are not sure what to expect from their teenagers over the next few years. Based on readings from the text, and class discussions, describe three developmental changes (physical, cognitive, and social/emotional) that their sons and daughters are likely to go through over the next several years. What advice would you give to the parents?
