MMIS 621 Learning Outcomes In MMIS 623: Information Privacy and Ethics, you will: 1. Identify facts, concepts, principles, and rules associated with the study of information privacy and ethics. 2. Discuss current social, legal, and ethical issues that you may face as a member of a complex technological society. 3. Apply a decision-making process to analyze ethical dilemmas, explore the arguments on all sides of a controversial issue, and argue convincingly for the position you select. 4. Identify, analyze, and synthesize scholarly literature relating to social, legal, and ethical issues in information and communication technology. You will achieve these learning outcomes through a variety of activities and assessments such as reading, taking quizzes, discussing current events, completing case studies, analyzing current research literature, and writing a research paper.
